I'm Kyrin Johnson, but you can call me Ice, a nickname from my dad due to my childhood habit of chewing ice during breakfast.

At 14, my mom signed me up with a personal trainer due to my low self-esteem and body insecurities. I was always the smallest on my sports teams, which drove me to strive for strength.
​
A year and a half into my training, I grew from 5’6 and 95 lbs to 5’8 and 140 lbs, becoming one of the strongest and fastest on my team. This transformation inspired me to become a personal trainer.

Now, I'm dedicated to helping others enhance their strength and self-esteem, inspiring them to change and elevate to new levels they never thought possible, just as my trainer did for me.
